Dee Antil Designs wants you to buy with confidence and know that you are purchasing expertly created and uniquely designed one-of-a-kind jewelry. All efforts will be made to make you happy with your choice.
PAYMENT: For secure online purchases, Dee Antil Designs accepts paypal for your convenience. Checks and money orders are also accepted. Items purchased by check will be sent 7-10 days upon payment.
SHIPPING: All U.S. orders are shipped upon payment in Dee Antil's signature box ready for gift giving via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. An expedited option is also available at checkout. For foreign shipments, please email us at deeantil@cox.net for an estimate.
RETURNS: Dee Antil Designs will gladly take returns within 5 days of receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us promptly at deeantil@cox.net and return the piece within 5 days. Upon receipt of your jewelry, we will refund your money immediately, less shipping charges, or alter the piece and return it to you – all you’ll pay for is the shipping. All items must be returned in original condition and boxed securely with a copy of the invoice. Please email prior to return in order to better serve you.
REPAIRS: In the event that your jewelry should be damaged under normal circumstances, Dee Antil will repair the piece free of charge for thirty days from the shipment date. After that, a small materials and handling fee will apply. In order to have a piece repaired, please email us first at deeantil@cox.net.
